I needed to make a chart for the badger paw, they have one more toe than cats and dogs
To keep the back of the pocket neat and tidy I twisted the colour being carried along the back with the colour in use, this makes sure you have no long loops at the back of the knitting.
The paw print pocket looks like this
I worked out how many stitches and rows I would have for all 3 sizes to make the black badgers stripe on its face
As you can see I sewed a black button on for the eye. The only thing left to do was make the ears.
