DK – Dog Scarves – For the football crazy dog, a dog scarf?

I was in my garden raking leaves just before Christmas.  My next door neighbour called me over for a chat, next to her was her daughters dog, it had a scarf on!!!

I have 4 dogs, but mine are all outside dogs that go through all the mud, dirt and trees they can find.  As my neighbour was chatting away and found myself thinking there is no way I would put my dogs in a scarf!!

But later I got thinking – designing and knitting a dog scarf wouldn’t be hard to do!!  I had a look at a few on the internet, yep it would be easy enough to do. Here is the end product.

Since I am not a football fan I had to look on the internet for football scarf colours. Just incase someone has a football crazy dog. Or is that the owner who is football crazy?

I did have to keep bribing Metz with treats to get her to sit still long enough to take the photographs!!!
