This website is operated by Knits R Us, which is solely responsible for its content, the fulfillment of orders, and the quality of the products offered.

For any questions or inquiries about your order, please feel free to contact me. I strive to respond to all calls and emails within 48 hours.

Please note that all order forms must be completed in English.

Pricing and Payments

Prices are accurate at the time of publication and include postage to the UK mainland only. Knits R Us will ship internationally if the customer covers the shipping costs.

If your location is not available as an option during checkout, please contact us for assistance.

We do not have access to your credit card details. Your purchases will appear on your card statement as “Knits R Us.”

In compliance with the E-Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, you will receive an email confirmation upon placing an electronic order. For postal orders, you may request your preferred method of acknowledgment if desired.

Returns Policy

My returns policy adheres to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you have any specific questions regarding our returns policy, please feel free to contact me.

For instant download PDF patterns, UK regulations apply a “no returns” policy. However, if you receive the incorrect download, you are entitled to a replacement.

If you purchased goods as a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt by providing written notice, starting from the day after you receive the goods.

A full product refund will be issued within 30 days of your cancellation notice, provided the returned goods are in ‘as new’ condition, with all seals intact and the product unused.

Goods must be returned complete with all original packaging, and the costs of dispatch and return are the responsibility of the customer.

This policy is applicable to all countries.

Delivery Information

Instant Download

PDF patterns will be sent immediately to the email address associated with your payment method. Please check your SPAM folder if the email is not in your inbox, as your email may not recognize the sender.

All Other Purchased Items

Subject to availability, items will typically be dispatched within two to three working days after your order is received. Delivery times may vary based on the courier service used. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of any delays.

Non-Delivery of Goods

While I make every effort to ensure your goods arrive safely, Knits R Us cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit, particularly for international orders not sent via tracked and/or signed-for delivery services. In the event of loss, we will resend the goods using a tracked and/or signed-for service, for which customers will be charged. Replacement goods will only be sent 21 days after the original dispatch date for UK addresses, or 28 days after the original dispatch date for international addresses.

Privacy Policy and Cookies

Knits R Us does not sell or share any customer information. All customer details are used solely for processing your order and are not stored on our systems once the parcel has been dispatched. No personal payment information is retained. We use SSL encryption to safeguard sensitive data.
