Aran – Cat Head Hooded Paw Print Pocket Scarf
A few months ago a very special young lady requested a paw print scarf with a cat’s head hood. I have been very busy getting all the other designs done that I had to put it on the list. I had a deadline of this weekend though.
Since cat and dog paw prints are the same, although some designers think dogs should have claw marks on their paw print, I thought it would be easier to use the dog paw print scarf as the scarf I required.

Why make extra work when that pattern was already written and in use, all I needed to do was add a Cat head hood. I had been told it needed to be a black cat with white on its ears. AND every cat needs whiskers!

The first hood I knitted was way to small!! I don’t know who I thought I was knitting it for! But when the young lady came to stay I could take better measurements. The second hood I designed and knitted was purrrrfect!
